Canada: rate calculated at checkout, and free shipping for orders over $ 150
International: rate calculated at checkout. You might be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipment. This is out of our control, and we are not responsible for any charges incurred.
Deliveries with tracking number are guaranteed. Please, take note that if you choose the option without tracking number, we will not be able to send you a new shipment if you do not receive your package.
Our parcels are mainly shipped with Canada Post, but once in a while we also work with UPS. Once the order is processed, an invoice and an order confirmation are emailed to you. A tracking number is then provided to you in order for you to track the delivery status.

Start by entering your billing address: it’s the address associated with your credit card. At the bottom of the payment method form, you can check the “Use a different billing address” box. You will then be able to enter a different shipping address.
Just send us a detailed email as soon as possible with the correct address at info@clothesandroads.com. Be sure to include your name and order number.
