Quebec: rate calculated at checkout, and free shipping for orders over $ 150
Canada: rate calculated at checkout, and free shipping for orders over $ 200
International: rate calculated at checkout
Deliveries with tracking number are guaranteed. Please, take note that if you choose the option without tracking number, we will not be able to send you a new shipment if you do not receive your package.
Our parcels are mainly shipped with Canada Post, but once in a while we also work with UPS. Once the order is processed, an invoice and an order confirmation are emailed to you. A tracking number is then provided to you in order for you to track the delivery status.
Yes, you can!
Start by entering your billing address: it’s the address associated with your credit card. At the bottom of the payment method form, you can check the “Use a different billing address” box. You will then be able to enter a different shipping address.
Just send us a detailed email as soon as possible with the correct address at email@example.com. Be sure to include your name and order number.
