Returns and exchanges
Can I return a product purchased in your online store?
Yes! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days upon receipt of the parcel. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its labels still on).
If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, please try the new underwear over your own underwear.
Shipping costs are non-refundable since the service has already been provided by a third party.
All items on sale at 15% discount or more are final sale.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of an item. If you choose to exchange your product, we will ship the chosen item to you free of charge.
How do exchanges work?
We can exchange any item, provided it is still in stock. Write us at firstname.lastname@example.org to know how to proceed with the exchange.
