How to measure?
Chest: measure the widest part of the chest holding the tape at the underarm area and over the shoulder blades while keeping the arms parallel to the body.
Waist: measure around the waist at its narrowest point.
Hips: stand up straight with both feet together and measure at the widest part of your hips.
