WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
All orders processed on our website are shipped Monday through Friday.

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days following the placement of orders.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
Quebec: $8 flat rate, and free shipping for orders over $120
Canada: $12 flat rate, and free shipping for orders over 200$
International: rate calculated at checkout.

WHO IS YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERY PROVIDER?
Canada Post delivers our parcels. Once the order is processed, an invoice and an order confirmation are emailed to you. A tracking number is then provided to you in order for you to track the delivery status.

CAN I ENTER DIFFERENT ADDRESSES FOR BILLING AND SHIPPING?
Yes, you can!

Start by entering your billing address: it’s the address associated with your credit card. At the bottom of the payment method form, you can check the “Use a different billing address” box. You will then be able to enter a different shipping address.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Just send us a detailed email as soon as possible with the correct address at info@clothesandroads.com. Be sure to include your name and order number.
